John “Jack” Ray, a member of the Medical Malpractice and Personal Injury Practice Group, recently presented to members of the Utah Association for Justice the topic “Expert Affidavit Requirements – Practice & Pitfalls.”
At the recent Utah Association for Justice 2011 Annual Conference held at the Radisson Hotel in downtown Salt Lake City on September 8, John “Jack” Ray, along with other panel members, discussed how best to become effectively engaged in the state legislative process and represent clients interests.
John “Jack” Ray has been elected Treasurer of the Utah Association of Justice. The Utah Association for Justice (UAJ) is a nonprofit association whose mission is to “Preserve Justice and Accountability”. UAJ is an organization of trial attorneys in Utah who fight to preserve and protect the legal rights of the individual.
