Brad Slighting practices primarily in the area of commercial and business litigation. Within that practice, Brad has substantial experience representing clients in the following types of disputes:

- Business breakups, including the commission of business torts
- Business asset and stock sales
- Title to real property
- Construction delays and defects
- Professional negligence claims against architects and engineers
- Employment agreements
- Enforcement and validity of restrictive employment covenants

- Adversary proceedings in Federal Bankruptcy Court

From the individual to the publicly traded company, and from arbitrations, to jury trials, to appeals, Brad represents his clients' interests in the homeowners' association management, mining, construction, real estate, banking, medical, travel, and hospitality industries.

Brad also practices in the areas of family and probate law, routinely handling divorce, child custody, child support, abuse and neglect, adult and minor guardianship, and trust and estate litigation matters.

While he is experienced and comfortable in the courtroom, Brad also provides practical advice aimed at litigation avoidance and risk management. A zealous advocate at all times, Brad believes in exploring with his clients all available avenues for economical resolution of their legal issues.

Brad graduated from the William S. Boyd School of Law at the University of Nevada - Las Vegas in 2006 and is licensed to practice in Nevada's state and federal courts, as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
