Brandon Fuller is a focused litigator. As a member of Fabian VanCott’s litigation team, he brings a high level of attention to detail and commitment to every stage of trial. Brandon has ample experience in all aspects of civil litigation, including contract disputes, employment litigation and compliance, ERISA, Uniform Commercial Code issues, and property law. He has also developed a sharp skillset as an appellate attorney.
Prior to joining Fabian VanCott, Brandon served as law clerk to the Honorable Judge Ryan M. Harris on the Utah Court of Appeals. There, he spent a year time learning judicial philosophy, developing acute writing skill, and reviewing numerous trials with a fine-tooth comb. Prior to his clerkship, Brandon was a U.S. Army Medic, there he learned to thrive under pressure.
During Law School Brandon graduated with High Honors and was a member of the National Moot Court team, having won Best Oralist and Best Brief in the Traynor Moot Court Competition. He also served on the executive board of the Utah Law Review, where he published his article Pure as Running Water: A Constitutional Argument for Utah’s Public Trust Doctrine. Brandon also volunteered for the Rocky Mountain Innocence Center as a Legal Case Investigator and worked on post-conviction relief petitions for the wrongly accused, served as a legal intern to the Honorable Christine Durham on the Utah Supreme Court, and was a research assistant to Associate Dean Amelia Rinehart.
Outside of the classroom, Brandon as bassist in the all law-student band The Defeasible Fees, was the three-time PILO talent show champion with a notable third-year performance of "I Love Rock and Roll".
