Biography

After completing a clerkship at the Utah Court of Appeals for the Honorable J. Frederic Voros, Jr., Christopher ("Tiffer") Bond began practicing as an associate attorney at Fabian VanCott in 2017. Tiffer's practice focuses on complex litigation in the employment, education, real estate, energy and utilities, and corporate law sectors, with an emphasis on appellate advocacy. Tiffer also works on bankruptcy, business and estate planning, and helps clients with transactional matters, particularly startup companies and small businesses.

Tiffer received his law degree from the University of Utah's S.J. Quinney College of Law in May 2015. During law school, Tiffer was very involved in moot court and trained in effective trial and appellate advocacy. After winning the local competition, Tiffer's moot court team competed regionally and ultimately advanced to the New York City Bar Association National Moot Court Finals. Tiffer also served as a Note and Comment Editor on the Utah Law Review, and as a student associate at the Lassonde New Venture Development Program, helping start-up companies. Tiffer earned dual undergraduate degrees in Law and Constitutional Studies and English, with an emphasis on technical writing, from Utah State University.
