Madelyn Blanchard is an associate in Fabian VanCott's Salt Lake City office who addresses employment, education, privacy, and corporate law matters. Whether it's helping a client to comply with privacy laws, advising employers on ideal policies, or helping secure essential employees through nonimmigrant visas, Madelyn knows that the details in any situation drive efficient and effective solutions.
A native of Fort Worth, TX, Madelyn graduated from Brigham Young University's J. Reuben Clark Law School, where she served as an associate editor of law review as well as the vice president of moot court. Prior to that, she graduated from Interlochen Arts Academy - a boarding high school for the arts - and then went on to earn a bachelor of music degree from Roosevelt University in Chicago, IL. Madelyn enjoys cooking (and eating) Tex-Mex, and cycling with her husband, Brian, and two children, Elliott and Lily.
