Megan Nelson is an associate at Fabian VanCott with a practice focusing on complex litigation, real estate, employment, and business transactions & corporate law. She is able to team her skills with Fabian VanCott attorneys with expertise in the firm's areas of core competency. Megan graduated cum laude from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University, where she was a Pedrick Scholar and served as an executive editor of Jurimetrics: The Journal of Law, Science & Technology. Before to law school, Megan worked as a financial analyst for a Fortune 500 company and interned in the private equity and venture capital industry. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in economics from Brigham Young University, where she graduated summa cum laude, with a minor in business management. Megan serves in leadership positions in the J. Reuben Clark Law Society and is a member of the BYU Management Society. Megan is licensed to practice in Utah’s state and federal courts.
