Biography

Paul A. Kozina is an Of Counsel in Fabian Vancott’s Las Vegas office. Paul’s practice focuses primarily on Elder Law, Criminal Defense, Civil Litigation, Personal Injury, Insurance Law and Religious Entity Law. He has extensive experience litigating cases in both civil and criminal matters, including insurance and personal injury defense, claims based on felonies and misdemeanors, medical malpractice, religious entity litigation, and employment discrimination. He has conducted a large number of jury trials to verdict and is well versed in all aspects of pretrial preparation and trial procedure. Paul is a seasoned attorney with a skill set that allows him to practice in many different areas.

Prior to joining our office Paul was a Deputy District Attorney with both the San Joaquin County and Stanislaus County District Attorney’s Offices where he prosecuted a wide variety of cases in both the Main Line Felony Trial Unit and the Family Crimes Unit. Before that Paul was an associate with Mayall, Hurley P.C. and Quinn, Emanuel, Urquhart & Sullivan, LLP where his practice involved numerous civil litigation matters in a number of different contexts.
