Robert B. Lamb practices in the area of corporate transactions, focusing on representing and counseling companies at all stages of growth and development. Robert has broad international experience, and has represented clients and participated in transactions involving some of the most well known brands, and innovative concepts and technologies in the world.
Robert has participated in a diverse assortment of complex transactions in Asia, Europe and other parts of the world, including franchising, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, private placement investments, and technology licenses. This far ranging experience has given Robert an impressive network of relationships with entrepreneurs, fund managers, investment bankers, and other established business leaders.
Before joining Fabian VanCott in 2016, Robert established his own business law firm. He also served as an international corporate attorney for elite global law firms in Atlanta, Phoenix, and Salt Lake City. Fluent in Mandarin Chinese, Robert has also represented clients and worked with global law firms in the People's Republic of China. In addition to his experience as a practicing attorney, Robert has also served as Vice President and General Counsel for a large consumer electronics company managing the Polaroid brand, and as General Counsel and interim CEO of an innovative nanotechnology company.

Serves as an Advisory Board member for former U. S. Senator Robert Bennett’s venture partnership group, Bennett Group International, providing advice, management, access to networks, access to capital for certain business opportunities created by the Bennett Group.
