Biography

Tyson Horrocks is a shareholder with Fabian VanCott primarily practicing employment law and commercial litigation. For employers, he provides practical advice on matters such as restrictive covenants, sexual harassment and discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination and compliance. In addition to employment litigation, Tyson assists clients in preparing employment related documents such as agreements, handbooks and policies. He is also experienced in all aspects of commercial litigation, representing commercial clients in complex disputes, business torts, business valuations and civil fraud. In complex cases, he is able to team with Fabian VanCott attorneys with expertise in the firm's areas of core competency.

Most recently, Tyson practiced at Dorsey & Whitney in Salt Lake City. He earned his law degree from The George Washington School of Law where he graduated with honors. He received his bachelor's degree from Brigham Young University where he majored in political science. In the community, he serves as a board member for the non-profit, "Pound the Pavement for Parenthood." Tyson is licensed to practice in Utah and Arizona.
