Fabian VanCott is excited to announce that Jeffrey D. Enquist has joined the firm’s complex litigation and personal injury practices.  Jeff has been practicing law since 2013, when he graduated with honors from the University of Utah, S.J. Quinney College of Law. After graduation, Jeff clerked for Associate Chief Justice Ronald E. Nehring at the Utah Supreme Court. Jeff’s practice areas include complex commercial disputes, business dissolution disputes, civil litigation, real estate disputes, education, government defense, insurance defense, defending health care and real estate professionals, and vaccine injury compensation.

Jeff is one of two Utah attorneys admitted to the Vaccine Injury Petitioner’s Bar in the Court of Federal Claims to handle vaccine injury compensation claims. During his career, Jeff has represented a variety of clients ranging from some of the nation’s largest financial institutions and communications companies to individuals in smaller disputes. Jeff has represented clients in both federal and state courts in Utah, Washington DC, and Nevada (through pro hac vice admission).
