Kyle Harvey’s practice focuses on a wide array of corporate, commercial, and international transactions, with an emphasis on data privacy. In particular, Kyle assists clients in initial planning steps for entity formation and financing; executing mergers and acquisitions, private equity offerings, and restructurings for both buyer and seller parties; securities compliance for public and private companies and investors; negotiating and drafting agreements for supply chain, SaaS, and data transfer transactions; and consulting on general data privacy issues, such as compliance with U.S. privacy laws and international data protection regimes.
Kyle also has experience implementing early-stage financing and strategies for closely held corporations and entities. More recently, Kyle’s work has focused on helping his clients establish initial policies, privacy notices, and data mapping procedures to operate, and work with customers based, in GDPR and other strict privacy jurisdictions.
When not practicing law, Kyle is a lover of all sports (especially basketball, baseball, and boxing) and he enjoys hiking and hunting with his family. Kyle also spends what time he can boxing at a local gym and teaching boxing lessons to new fighters.
