Nathan G. Guymon graduated in 2009 from the University of Utah with a degree in mechanical engineering. While studying engineering, Nate worked in the Composite Materials Lab at the University of Utah as an undergraduate research assistant. Nate’s engineering coursework and research projects focused on robotics and medical devices.
Nate earned his law degree from the University of Utah (S.J. Quinney College of Law) in 2012. He graduated with honors, having received the Cali Award for highest grade in a course for patent law and environmental practice. Nate was named a Leary scholar and was selected as a teaching assistant for the legal writing course. While attending law school, Nate worked as a law clerk for Ceramatec.
Nate is admitted to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office. Nate is also admitted to practice before the state and federal courts of Utah. His practice focuses on patent preparation and prosecution, with an emphasis on electronic device hardware and software technologies.
