David is a member of the Firm’s Tax and Estate Planning Group. His practice focuses on sophisticated estate planning, including gift tax, estate tax, and generation-skipping transfer tax issues; required minimum distribution planning for qualified plans and IRAs; trust and estate administration, including probate; guardianships and conservatorships; complex tax litigation and representation before the IRS; trust and estate litigation; charitable planning and work with tax-exempt organizations; and general tax and business planning related to partnerships, limited liability companies, S Corporations, and C Corporations.
Stephen is a member of the Firm’s Tax and Estate Planning Group. His practice focuses on sophisticated estate planning, estate and trust administration, tax-exempt organizations, state and local sales tax issues, and general tax and business planning related to partnerships, limited liability companies, corporations and trusts.
Mark’s is a member of the Firm’s Tax and Estate Planning Group. His career has been focused on the preservation of wealth for families, including advanced estate tax planning trusts, creation of business entities, asset protection planning, and all aspects of estate and income tax planning.
Bill is a member of the Firm’s Tax and Estate Planning Group. His practice is focused on helping his clients accomplish their wealth preservation, business succession and charitable goals with tailored estate plans. Bill also assists clients with trust and estate administration and related tax issues.
Jennifer has over 25 years of experience in litigation and appeals, advising and representing clients in a broad range of matters including shareholder and partnership disputes, contract, antitrust, employment, defamation actions, and intellectual property. She has worked on a variety of criminal appeals including search and seizure cases, as well as petitions for post-conviction relief.
Rick’s practice concentrates on domestic and international taxation, business planning, wills, trusts, estate planning, nonprofit and charitable organizations, real estate and development, mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, distribution and licensing agreements, trade secrets, trademarks, financial contracts and corporate law.
