Nicole has over two decades of experience serving the diverse needs of her clients in both the transactional and litigation realms and loves the challenge and variety of her practice.

On the litigation front, she has represented numerous clients in federal and state court, at the trial and appellate court levels, and in federal, state, and local administrative proceedings. She has been involved in a wide variety of cases, ranging from one of the biggest civil litigation cases in the state to condemnation and land use matters, insurance company liquidations, antitrust cases, and even family law disputes. Her clients include international corporations, commercial landlords, tech startups, nonprofit organizations, family businesses, and individuals.

On the transactional front, Nicole began her practice in the intellectual property arena, concentrating on trademark, copyright, trade secret, licensing, data privacy, and computer law, and she continues that focus to this day. She manages a large trademark portfolio for her clients and helps them protect and safeguard their valuable intellectual property assets on numerous fronts. Nicole additionally practices heavily in the fields of commercial contracts and business transactions, real estate transactions and leasing, employment-related issues, and the like.

Having started her legal career as in-house counsel, Nicole understands the business and practical needs of her clients and can help them navigate through difficult legal and compliance issues in a commonsense way. She also regularly speaks and publishes on various legal issues facing businesses and individuals alike.

Nicole earned her law degree from the University of Utah, where she served as the Managing Editor of the Utah Law Review
