Following his first year in law school, Spencer spent time in Beijing, China working on international business transactions for China’s largest domestic law firm. Later, Spencer served as an extern for Magistrate Judge Paul Warner of the U.S. District Court for the District of Utah. In his career, Spencer has helped facilitate more than 60 separate real estate and related transactions totaling over $2 billion in value. Spencer has served as a leader of numerous organizations, including as a member of the Utah State Bar Litigation Section Executive Committee, as a BYU Law School Trial Advocacy Team board member, as a BYU Law School Student Council member, and as a BYU Student Wellness Executive Committee member.
