Fabian VanCott Accessibility Policy – Last Updated 02-06-2023

This page provides information on the accessibility policy of Fabian & Clendenin, a Professional Corporation incorporated in Utah dba Fabian VanCott (also referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our“), with respect to this website at https://www.fabianvancott.com/ (the “Site“), whether the Site is accessed via mobile, desktop, tablet, or other means.

At Fabian VanCott, our attorneys provide the highest level of legal services to meet the diverse needs of the firm’s clients, and we value EVERY client. We also promote access and inclusivity for our employees, colleagues, potential clients, and for everyone in our community. Accordingly, we are committed to ensuring that this Site is accessible to all, including individuals with disabilities. To meet this goal, we are committed to the following:

  • We aim to conform the Site with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (“WCAG“) 2.1 AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium. The WCAG guidelines cover best practices for making web content accessible to people with a variety of disabilities, including methods for making content accessible for people with visual impairments, motor impairments, and cognitive disabilities.
  • We verify conformance through a combination of manual code inspection, automated testing using industry-recognized tools, compatibility testing using the most widely used accessibility support tools and, from time to time, review by an independent website accessibility consultant. With these methods, we hope to maintain our Site so that it is as accessible as possible, given new technologies and adaptations.
  • We prioritize accessibility bug fixes to ensure they are remedied with the same level of priority as any other equivalent loss of function for individuals without disabilities.
  • We welcome accessibility-related feedback, including requests for accommodation, through the Contact Us form, which will be directed to a knowledgeable Fabian VanCott employee.

As with any rapidly advancing technology, enhancement of accessibility at the Site is an ongoing process. And even while we make our best efforts to stay up to date and ahead of new changes and tools, there may be pages or areas that are not fully accessible, or that we are in the process of improving. We hope visitors to our Site will help us in collaboration so that we can ensure the best and most accessible visit.
