Anthony has previously worked with interested groups and individuals in drafting proposed legislation at the state and federal level. Anthony’s clients range from established companies and issuers, funds, small businesses, oil and gas companies, broker-dealers, early-stage start-ups, middle-stage companies, trade group and associations, private individuals, and individual investors. Anthony is an arbitrator for FINRA and was an Honors Clerk with Securities and Exchange Commission and U.S. Congress. Anthony previously served as Assistant Attorney General in the Tax, Antitrust, and Financial Services division of the Utah Attorney General’s Office and as General Counsel for a large OTC Broker-Dealer.
