Fabian VanCott is excited to announce that our partners have unanimously voted to admit Charles T. (“Chuck”) Conrad to partnership at our firm. Chuck is a distinguished trial attorney that focuses his practice on catastrophic personal injury, tort law, and commercial litigation.
Since joining our firm as of counsel, he has chaired and developed Fabian VanCott’s personal injury practice group. Prior to joining Fabian VanCott, Chuck founded Conrad Law, PC and has practiced law in Utah for the past 12 years.
Mr. Conrad has accumulated an extensive record of representing clients and helping them win recoveries for catastrophic personal injuries, bad-faith insurance claims, and other complex injuries. He has been widely acknowledged as a top lawyer, being named regularly to many of the profession’s most highly recognized listings including Utah Legal Elite, National Trial Lawyers Top 100, and Super Lawyers Rising Stars.
Chuck is admitted to practice in all of the State and Federal Courts of Utah and Washington, as well as the 9th and 10th Federal Circuit Courts of Appeals. We are honored that Mr. Conrad has elected to become a partner with our firm.
