Camila N. Quiñones

Cami is an associate attorney with Fabian VanCott. Cami assists clients with corporate transactions. Her work includes commercial transactions, early-stage financing, debt and equity raises, mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, equity incentive plans, and estate planning.

Prior to joining Fabian VanCott, Cami practiced corporate immigration law in Silicon Valley, assisting clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies to early-stage startups with employment-based nonimmigrant visas.

Cami’s pro bono efforts have included participating in naturalization workshops, preparing individuals for their citizenship interviews, assisting with adjustments of status for asylees, and helping women and children in the South Texas Family Residential Center prepare for credible fear interviews as part of their asylum proceedings.

In her free time, Cami enjoys spending time with her husband, watching international dramas and Argentine soccer, learning new languages, and visiting her home in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Cami is fluent in English and Spanish.
