Clint’s practice is dedicated to helping his clients navigate through their most difficult problems, from business lawsuits to family disputes to long-term planning. Over more than a dozen years in practice, he has developed unique skills in the areas of: estate planning, probate, guardianship, will and trust disputes, Medicaid and special need planning, ERISA benefit claims, and contract enforcement/collections. He has appeared before both State and Federal courts in the State of Utah and has also argued before the Utah appellate courts and the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals. He has conducted jury trials, bench trials, arbitrations, and mediations. But his favorite work is meeting with individuals and families to find proactive solutions that help them meet their life goals now and in the future.

Clint received his law degree from the University of Texas, where he was editor-in-chief of the Texas Environmental Law Journal and graduated with honors. He earned his bachelor’s degree in English from Brigham Young University, where he graduated cum laude. He is admitted to practice in Utah’s state and federal courts.
