Biography

Gregory Williams is an inactive emeritus attorney who is no longer practicing law, but was a member of the Utah State Bar for at least 50 years. Gregory Williams has over 50 years of experience representing developers of commercial, industrial and resort properties, as well as mining and oil and gas companies pursuing projects on private, federal, state and Indian lands throughout the West.

He has experience in asset purchase and sales, financing, leasing, project due diligence, and evaluating and obtaining permits and approvals.
