Jackie Rosen handles a wide variety of general civil litigation matters, including business litigation, trials and appeals, labor and employment, and property law.

She has particular interest and experience in election law.

Jackie received her law degree from the University of Utah’s S.J. Quinney College of Law in May 2022. Jackie is admitted to practice in Utah.

Professional History

Jackie joined Fabian VanCott in 2021 as a Summer Associate. Before joining Fabian VanCott, Jackie assisted in representation of the Utah Independent Redistricting Commission and worked as a summer associate with the Salt Lake City Attorney’s Office. During law school, Jackie served on the Utah Law Review, completed a research fellowship with Associate Dean Shima Baradaran Baughman, received awards for legal research, and was a legal writing TA.
