James H. Walton

James H. Walton is a retired, active exempt attorney, who is no longer practicing law, but was a member of the Nevada State Bar since 1979. Mr. Walton has more than 40 years of experience in business transactions, commercial real estate transactions and business litigation. He has experience representing owners, contractors, subcontractors, material suppliers, landlords, investors, and developers, and has considerable experience with respect to the sale of land, buildings, airplanes, and businesses.

He has successfully pursued numerous lawsuits collecting monies owed to suppliers, contractors and commercial landlords, and evicting tenants. He also has experience in the preparation of business agreements, construction contracts, mechanic’s lien documents, commercial leases, promissory notes, deeds of trust and purchase agreements. His practice also dealt with employment issues for many employers involving all types of employee claims.
