James H. Walton

James H. Walton works in Fabian VanCott’s Las Vegas office. Mr. Walton has more than 40 years of experience in business transactions, commercial real estate transactions and business litigation. He is experienced in representing owners, contractors, subcontractors, material suppliers, landlords, investors, and developers, and has considerable experience with respect to the sale of land, buildings, airplanes, and businesses.

He has successfully pursued numerous lawsuits collecting monies owed to suppliers, contractors and commercial landlords, and evicting tenants. He is also experienced in the preparation of business agreements, construction contracts, mechanic’s lien documents, commercial leases, promissory notes, deeds of trust and purchase agreements. His practice has also dealt with employment issues for many employers involving all types of employee claims.
