Jeffrey C. Bramble

Jeffrey Bramble joined Fabian VanCott in 2021 and has been practicing law since 2015. Jeff’s career has focused on handling complex civil litigation including commercial disputes, real estate, professional liability and licensing, governmental defense, governmental relations, and personal injury claims. Jeff has represented clients in state and federal courts in Utah and at the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals.

His experience and client representation spans multiple areas of legal practice, such as: 

• Negotiating settlement on behalf of employees who were sexually harassed by fellow employee.
• Successfully defending wrongful prosecution claims asserted against the prosecutor and a governmental entity for their prosecution of an alleged murder suspect.
• Negotiating stipulations and orders to allow a medical professional to maintain their license after violating their ethical code of conduct.
• Governmental entity defense in both State and Federal Courts. Defending entities regarding public duty doctrine, Section 1983 claims, qualified immunity, and Governmental Immunity Act of Utah.
• Government Relations and Lobbying. Represents clients in pursuing legislation and funding with the Utah State Legislature.
• Commercial Contract disputes. Resolves contractual claims prior to litigation and prosecute and defend against contractual claims.
• Defending health care professionals, real estate agents, and other licensed professionals in agency action against their licensure.

Jeff grew up flying hot air balloons with his family across the United States. He enjoys spending time in the mountains backpacking, fishing, boating, and skiing. He is also fluent in Spanish.
