Joseph N. Castro

Joseph is an associate attorney with Fabian VanCott. Joseph assists clients with estate planning and wealth management matters. This includes trust administration; gift, estate, and generation-skipping transfer tax planning; private company business succession planning; and charitable gifting.

In addition to estate planning, Joseph also assists clients with navigating the new Beneficial Ownership Information Reporting requirements of the Corporate Transparency Act (CTA BOIR)

For Joseph, estate planning is more than simply a legal service. It is an opportunity to offer peace of mind regarding a topic potentially fraught with heavy emotions and confusing legalities. It is Joseph’s strong belief that no two clients are identical, and each client deserves an estate and wealth transfer plan as unique as they are. 

When not practicing law, Joseph enjoys spending time with his wife, daughter, and chihuahua. Joseph is an avid fan of comics, and his hobbies include cooking, music, board games, and video games.
