P. Bruce Badger has been practicing law at Fabian VanCott for 36 years and is currently General Counsel to the firm.

His litigation and trial practice in state and federal courts is primarily focused on a broad range of multi-million dollar commercial disputes arising from real estate transactions, commercial lending, business valuations, securities transactions, construction defects, trade secrets misappropriation, and power plant operations.

Bruce earned his undergraduate degree in finance from the University of Utah and his law degree from the J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University.
