Swindle is an inactive emeritus attorney who is no longer practicing law, but was a member of the Utah State Bar for at least 50 years. Stephen D. Swindle has extensive experience in the Tax and Estate Planning sector. His practice consisted of estate planning, probate and estate administration, preparation of prenuptial and antenuptial agreements, real estate development, foundations and other non-profit corporations, business transactions (acquisitions, reorganizations and formation of business entities), tax planning, and general corporate matters. Steve has represented many families using strategies for the transfer of family wealth while minimizing the impact of federal transfer taxes.
