Victor A. Pollak has over 30 years of experience in corporate and securities law. His expertise includes negotiating and documenting mergers and acquisitions, buyouts, private placements, public offerings, entity formation, corporate finance and intellectual property transactions.

In the community, he has served as a member and officer of bar association committees and as a pro bono legal advisor for clients of the Miller Small Business Development Center.

Victor graduated Cum Laude from Loyola University of Chicago School of Law, where he was law journal lead articles editor. He also has a bachelor’s degree from Antioch College and an MFA in Writing from Pacific University. He is licensed to practice in Utah, and is also admitted to the bar in Illinois and Missouri.
