Victoria T. Linde

Tori Linde is an associate attorney with Fabian VanCott. Tori’s practice focuses on tax and estate planning and business, contract, and corporate law.

She completed her Master of Taxation from the Georgetown University Law Center. She also has experience in commercial finance for middle market deals and commercial litigation.

Tori obtained her J.D. degree from J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University where she was a Lead Note and Comment Editor for the Law Review, was a property teaching assistant, and graduated cum laude. Tori is admitted to practice in Utah. In her spare time, Tori enjoys running, hiking, baking, and spending time with her family.
