Biography

Zach is an associate attorney focusing on general litigation, intellectual property, entertainment law, and name, image, and likeness matters.

Zach graduated from the University of Texas at Austin School of Law, where he primarily studied intellectual property, entertainment law, and the intersection between artificial intelligence and copyright law. In law school, Zach wrote extensively on the development of copyright infringement lawsuits regarding artificial intelligence, served as Articles and Notes Editor of the Texas International Law Journal, was recognized as a Pro Bono Torchbearer, and took part in the University of Texas Actual Innocence Clinic.

In his final year of law school, Zach studied as a visiting student at the University of Utah S.J. Quinney School of law, where he was honored for outstanding achievement in Employment Law and Trusts & Estates.

As an undergraduate, Zach served as Student Body President of the University of Utah.

Before law school, Zach was a competitive rock climber and worked as a route setter at the Front and Momentum climbing gyms. In his free time, he enjoys playing guitar and drums, hiking with his dog, Wally, taking care of plants, and getting far too invested in fantasy football.
