Zachary D. Berger

Zach is a litigation associate focusing on general litigation, intellectual property, entertainment law, and name, image, and likeness matters.

At the University of Texas at Austin School of Law, Zach primarily studied intellectual property, entertainment law, and the intersection between artificial intelligence and copyright. Zach also wrote extensively on the development of copyright infringement lawsuits regarding AI, served as Articles and Notes Editor of the Texas International Law Journal, was recognized as a Pro Bono Torchbearer, and took part in the University of Texas Actual Innocence Clinic.

As an undergraduate, Zach served as Student Body President of the University of Utah. Zach is a guitarist and drummer, and prior to law school, he was a competitive rock climber and worked as a route setter at the Front and Momentum climbing gyms.
