Kirsten is an attorney focusing her practice on representing businesses in employment-related issues, both as a litigator and an advisor. Kirsten regularly provides advice to companies on matters involving internal investigations, employee discipline and termination, policies and procedures, wage and hour compliance and disputes, severance and restrictive covenants, and trade secret protections.

Moreover, Kirsten has significant experience successfully defending clients in employment litigation alleging violations of the Fair Labor Standards Act, Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, and the Family and Medical Leave Act. Kirsten regularly represents clients before state and federal courts and administrative bodies. She is licensed to practice in Utah and Idaho and has appeared in numerous courts and administrative tribunals across the country.

Kirsten currently serves on the Board of the Salt Lake County Bar Association and the Board of Directors for the Pocatello Free Clinic, volunteers as a ski patroller and first responder, and enjoys recreating in the great outdoors.
