Nina Kim Bertelli represents clients in a variety of complex business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital investments, debt and equity restructurings, and leveraged buyouts. Nina’s practice also includes an emphasis on ERISA-regulated employee benefit plans and data privacy.

Nina’s clients range from early-stage start-ups to established companies and investors. Recently, Nina has represented private equity and venture capital clients in both seller- and buyer-side transactions, ranging from $20 million to $420 million.

Outside of practicing law, Nina is a new mother of two under two and enjoys spending time in the Maas-verse.
